Crestline Custom Builders collections include ranch, bonus ranch, Cape Cod, two-story and a wide range of flexible designs and floor plans based on these home styles. Our collections give you the ability to choose from a Crestline design you desire, to modify an existing design or bring us your own plans to create a custom Crestline home.

Patriot Series

Introduced in early 2009 in response to these challenging economic times, the Patriot is designed to suit every budget from entry level to fully custom.  Choose only those options that are important to the customer and save money on the rest.  Available in any standard ranch floor plan or design your own! Founders Series

Our best selling series in 2008, the budget conscious customer gets more standard features with upgraded moldings, carpet, hardware, shingles and more. Available in a 36’ cape and ranch floor plans from 40’ to 76’.  Due to the aggressive price point, customization is limited.

Heritage Series

The series that built Crestline’s reputation for quality, the Heritage is affordably priced and fully customizable.  Upgraded features include 25 or 33 oz. carpet, pvc 16” x 16” tile in wet areas, 4 inch crown, 35 year artechicutural shingles and much more! Traditional Series
